I read your journal before every call, so we start with your trades, not small talk.
I fix the head first. Most of you already know the setup; you just can't sit on your hands.
We write your rulebook together: pair, session, risk, exit. Written down so you can't freestyle at 2pm.
You'll lose trades while we work. I want them in the journal more than the winners.
